Junior Risk and Controls Analyst

Project

The Analyst - Risk & Controls will be a member of our client's Risk Management and Internal Controls team, responsible for managing and updating the risk register, issues, controls, and GRC system.
Your key task would be to maintain and update information over the risk, controls, issues, policies in relevant GRC systems (ServiceNow) or modules (JIRA). The information will be obtained from various sources, such as our incident databases, but also via discussions with relevant process owners.
You will also assist the Risk and Controls team in building an effective risk and controls reporting for senior management and external and internal auditors.
You will interact with:
- process owners (in the technology, privacy and finance areas)
- more senior members of the Risk and Controls team
- risk and controls system owners

You will be based in our client's Poznań or Warsaw office (3 days/week) in Poland and report to the Global Head of Risk Management and Internal Controls.

Requirements

• Experience (at least 2 years) in maintenance and reporting from risk and controls systems, such as Service Now, Jira, Archer or similar.
• Experience (at least 2 years) in running internal control campaigns with the usage of risk and controls systems, including delivering training about it to the business.
• Experience in improving and optimising risk and controls systems in cooperation with system administrators and developers.
• Experience in internal audit would be an asset.
• CISA and similar certifications would be an asset.
• You are able to convince stakeholders on various levels with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Communicative English skills.
