Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our New Business Development Team. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling Knowit Poland's IT services to Danish clients. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Your efforts will significantly contribute to expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Knowit Poland's IT services to clients in Denmark.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial, production, and service sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technological needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Danish and Polish teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Act as an ambassador for Knowit's nearshoring solutions in Denmark.
Requirements:
- Native Danish language proficiency is mandatory.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of the Danish market and business culture.
- Deep knowledge of the IT market, with a focus on IT solutions and software consultancy.
- Proven expertise in selling IT solutions, including the ability to understand client challenges and position tailored IT products effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within IT or software consultancy.
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and achieving targets.
- Experience with Agile development and delivery methodologies.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude with a get-it-done approach.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time programming is a plus.
- Knowledge of Polish culture or language is advantageous.
